-2- TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the demised premises for and during the term of FIVE (5) calendar years from the date hereof,said term to be computed from the lst day of July, A.D., 1974 unto the Ist day of July, A.D., 1979 (hereinafter referred to as "the said term") and for such further renewal period as hereinafter provided. (1) The Parties hereto hereby confirm, covenant and agree that the rent payable hereunder by the Lessee to the Lessor shall be in Canadian currency and, except as hereafter provided, equal to THIRTY (303%) per centum of all amounts received by the Lessee from its advertisers, all of whom shall have signed ana executed advertising contracts in the form annexed hereto and marked as SCHEDULE “A" with the Lessee herein for and with reference only to the advertising units to be displayed in the demised premises (herein- after referred to as “the hessee's Advertisers"). The Lessor represents and confirms that it is the owner of the demised premises; The Lessee agrees to and shall erect, install, service H ‘ i i i i t and maintain no more that FIFTY (50) flourescent illuminated plastic sign units in each Arena and such other sign units as may from time to time hereafter by agreed upon by the Parties hereto (here-~ inafter referred to as "advertising units"), none of which advertising units shall contain a surface area of less that Four (4) square feet nor more that Thirty (30) square feet or as the Parties hereto may hereafter mutually agree upon, and which said advertising units shall be located on the upper inside perimeter walls of the demised Premises, or in such other areas thereof, including ice perimeter boards as the Parties hereto
