the senicary sewer users rate stra icture and by reference to maps that had

been prepared showing the various classifications of rates involved he advised

that four separate categories of rates were . involved.

sanitary sewer be charged to residences connected to a City sewer but

charged subdivider rate. , _ Carried.

for his opinion on the possibility of F charging these persons the subdivider

From the City Clerk dated February 2nd, 1973 having reference to
untidy and unsightly premises at 2161 Prairie Avenue mentioned at last week's

Council meeting and advising that the property had now been cleaned up to the

satisfaction of the By-law Enforcement Officer. Alderman Mabbett pointed
