C. on Monday, September 25th, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918": By~law No. 1621: to rezone: (a). Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 14, the West Half North West Quarter Section 6, Township 40, Plan 2324, New Westminster District; (b) Lots 16 to 22, inclusive, Block 14, the West Half North West Quarter Section 6, Township 40, Plan 2324, New Westminster District; (c) The East 117 feet of Block 15, the West Half North West Quarter Section 6, Township 40, Plan 7086, New Westminster District; All those portions of Road and Lane dedicated on Plan 2324 included within the green outline on a By-law Plan prepared by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S., and dated August 18th, 1978, a copy of which said Plan was attached to and made part of the “Stratford Street and Salisbury Avenue > Plan 2324 Road Exchange By-law, 1978, No. 1620", from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One-Family Residential).
