Chipman, who doesn’t ‘have a job, was the primary caregiver to her two- ~ year-old son Jaden, whois now in the _ care of his father, Rob Parker. Parker, 42,.and an ex-boyfriend of Chipman’s, said he was one of the last people to talk ‘to her in Terrace on Sept. 17 or 18.
