A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

I.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2934", |

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Lot 9 Except: Portions in Plans 70761, 71822, 72031, 72467, 73394, 74232, 74400, 77579,
77605, 78118, 79870, 81973, 82243, 84349, 84387, 84882, NWP87543, LMP927,
LMP1329, LMP3023, LMP5352, LMP6113, LMP6114, LMP10706, and LMP14897
