BA’ Ri Most of Hyde Creek is dry during the summer months. It is proposed to add water from a new well or a watermain near Coast Meridian Rd. and convert the dry portions of the creek bed to good fish habitat. Attached is a copy of a grant application form and proposal sent to the Ministry of Environment for their consideration. The grant of $15,000 is for a Fish Habitat Enhancment Program with funds coming from the Habitat Conservation Fund of the Ministry of Environment.
