WHEREAS the “Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 36, 1992, No. 2698"

received firat two readings on July 13th, 1992;

AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered

proposed

anendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunetion with the City's moat

recent Capital Expenditure Program;

AND WHEREAS the (Council has, since that date, considered

proposed

amemdment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy";

AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;

AND WHEREAS the required statutory procedures, iacluding the

holding of a

Public Hearlng, have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2698 was read a

third time on August 10th, 1992;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to

Official Community Plan proposed tu he enacted by Dylaw No.
City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program;

and

THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exiet between the amendment to

Offielal Community Plan proposed to be enacted hy Bylaw No.

and

Economic Strategy Plan" that was presented to Council at its meeting of

13, 1985;

TWAT no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;

AND THAT the said Bylaw No. 2698 he reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.
