Dear Mr. Kirk:

At their meeting on November 27, 1991, the Library Board unanimously approved a 1992
Provisional Budget containing a revenue increase of 6%. A copy of the budget is enclosed. If
you have any questions about any aspect of the budget, please do not hesitate to contact me or
Paul Hinton, our Administrative Services Manager.

At the same meeting the Library Board passed a further motion asked that Board members come
to the Board meeting on January 22, 1992 to vote on the final 1992 budget.

gives instructions to your Board Member so that they are able to vote on the final 1992 budget
on January 22, 1992.
