Lover Mainland “Municipal “aster Specification for the purpose of
tendering Municipal projects;

That $3,500.00 be allocated from the 1991 Public Works Capital
Project Fund for this purpose.

contract to ETL -— Environmental Technology Ltd. for processing and of
co-mingled recyclables collected by the City of Port Coquitlan.

recyclable materials collected by the City of Port Coquitiam be awarded
to ETL - Environmental Technology Ltd., based on the following rates
quoted in their submission of November 9, 1990 and subject to approval of

the 1991 budget:
