With this, we are quite content. Renewal Provision and Automatic Termination We propose that the Agreement have a five year term and that it be renewable for further five year terms if both parties so agree. Further, we wish to draw your attention to section 8 of the Agreement. Itis in section 8 that the District is afforded considerable protection from our failure to perform. Basically, the section provides that should any term of the Agreement be violated (ie. failure to maintain the benches, failure to provide the required insurance, etc.) we will be considered in default. Once notified of the default, we will be allowed thirty days to correct the default or else the District will be entitled to cancel the Agreement without notice. ' If, after having read through our proposal and contacting our references, you wish to discuss further any aspect of our proposal, please contact us so that we may establish a mutually convenient time.
