COMMENTS: This application is similar to an earlier request by a neighbourhood to extend a deck from their second floor into the rear yards Criteria fotlowed by the Planning Department in examining this type of application is its potential imposition into neighbours! private openspace and view into houses. The nroposed deck is sited to one side of the house to take advantage of a view between neighbouring homes. This wil! also minimize its visual encroachment into a4 neighbour's private open space.
