2. The city Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post
the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" sohice appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting;

3. The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
4. The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.
5. Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the bids

if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection is
appropriate.
