BYLAW NO. 2302

A Bylaw to amend the "Subdivision Servicing Bylaw, 1987, No. 2241"

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coqultiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Section 417 of the "Subdivision Servicing Bylaw, 1987, No. 2241" is amended by
addition of the phrase "in cash, certified cheque or by irrevocable letter of
credit issued by a bank, trust company or credit union and valid for not less than
one year," following the word "deposit" in the sixth line of Section 417.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Subdivision Servicing Bylaw,
1987, No. 2241, Amending Bylaw, 1987, No. 2502". ,
