THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2275

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Caquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
more particularly described as:

Parcel "At

Block 35

SW 1/4, Section 6
Township 40
Explanatory Plan 16707
New Westminster

is nereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

Tnis Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, Now 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2275".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council! this l1ith day of May, 1987.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 11th day of Mav, 1987.
Public Hearing held this 8th day of June, 1987.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this day of 1987.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adooted by the Municioal Council of The
