That, the City purchase an outfield fence for the Colt Diamond at Thompson Park, we 2. That the Minor Baseball] Association reimburse the City: of Port Coquitlam for the cost of the fence. 3. That the fence become the property of the City of Port Coquitlam. Background & Comments; The Minor Baseball Association is prepared to reimburse the City for the cost of a fence at Thompson Park as indicated in the attached letter. The process would be that the City would purchase the fence and bill the Minor Baseball Associa- tion. This same Process was done last year for the purchase of the outfield fence at McLean Park. The cost estimate for the fence is $2,000. Once the fence is purchased the City would be responsible for erecting and dismantling the fence &S well as the maintenance of it.
