WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 57B of ‘the "Municipal: -
Act", being: Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of. British Cofumbia, 1979, the

black outline on an reference plan certified by Robert M, Reese, British Columbia |
