From the City Clerk, June 18th, 1982 regarding the right-of-way agreement for the gas pipeline — Justice Building Site. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That the City Clerk be authorized to accept, on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, the offer of B.C. Hydro and Power Authority to consent to the road closure required for the assembly of the Justice Building site if The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will grant a right~of-way agreement to cover the Authority's 2H Gas Pipeline presently located on Elgin Street; AND THAT the City Clerk be authorized to sign and return to B.C. Hydro and Power Authority a copy of its letter of June 10th, 1982. Carried. From the City Treasurer, June 21st, 1982 regarding tax penalty dates.
