Some of the proposed lots in the above mentioned
subdivision do not meet the frontage requirements of the
City's Subdivision of Land By-law although they do meet the
terms of Council's exemption policy. In addition two lots
do not meet the 10% frontage requirement contained in Section
712 (1) of the Municipal Act. Please accept this memorandum
as a request that you place this proposed subdivision on the
agenda of the next regular Council Meeting with a recommendation
that the necessary frontage exemption be approved in accordance
with Section 712 (2) of the Municipal Act.
