All buildings and structures on the land herein shali
conform in all respects to the requirements of the M-2

General Industrial Zone pursuant to the “City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as amended.

Off Street Parking:

Off Street Parking shall be provided in accordance with
the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918"
as amended, and any sactions of the said By-law relevant
to the M-2 General Industrial Zone shall apply to this
Contract.

Signs:

Aa permitted by the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
1969, No. 918° as amended, and in accordance with the pro-
visions of the “City of Port Coquitlam Sign By-law, 1969,
No. 936" as amended, and all provisions therein relating

to signa shall apply to signs herein,
