Paymant to be ona “Sar Dien kate" basis and Disbursenent basis as contained
in the "Uutline of Services and Scale of !ilulaum Fees" subject to the folloaw~
ing provisions:

A. Tho fees for Engineering Services outlined in Article II. A. above shall
not exceed $6,800.00. -
