This year, however, it has entered an extension phase which sees jobs being created for young people on a. permanent basis. The small scale allows Allen to maintain a farely in-depth look at each specific project, gathering information about required and potential areas training and desirable training methods in the specific types of businesses in her par- ©* ticular area.
