BUILDING DESIGN: The applicant has submitted preliminary drawings for a commercial building. As shown in the location map, the applicants control lots 14, 15 & 17. Lot 16 belongs to a third party. At this time, lot 14 is not to be developed in any way (no rezoning application will be submitted for this lot). The proposed new development, therefore, will effectively affect oniy Lot 15, where a new building with finishes to match the building on lot 16 will be erected. The building on lot 17 will be re~finished to also match with lots 15 & 16. DISCUSSION: The applicant has submitted a conceptual drawing showing the pzcposed commercial building adjacent to the existing commercial to the east. The Planning Department is requesting Council's decision regarding extending the commercial. Should the Council support the O.C.P.
