AND THAT Council authorize Staff to prepare the necessary draft bylaw
amendments to Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 and Business Licence Bylaw No. 1237.

That the recommendation to amend the Zoning Bylaw to permit accessory home
business in all -single-family and duplex zones, be referred to His Worship
Mayor Traboulay and the Economic Development Committee for further
consideration and report.

Establishment. - 1651 Lougheed Highway Public Hearing - February L8th, 1991,

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That the applicant be advised that at the Public Hearing held on February
18, 1991 citizens in the area expressed the following concerns:

Access to the proposed facilities from Angelo Avenue will create
undesirable traffic and noise;

Customers of the facility will litter the Surrounding local
residential roads; and

The proposed facility will result in unacceptable levels of noise on
the surrounding neighbourhood.
