From the Director of Planning, February 26th, 1991 regarding Licenced Establishment. - 1651 Lougheed Highway Public Hearing - February L8th, 1991, Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That the applicant be advised that at the Public Hearing held on February 18, 1991 citizens in the area expressed the following concerns: Access to the proposed facilities from Angelo Avenue will create undesirable traffic and noise; Customers of the facility will litter the Surrounding local residential roads; and The proposed facility will result in unacceptable levels of noise on the surrounding neighbourhood.
