That the ‘layor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the legal documents included in Schedules A, B, C and D of this Teport, That the Director of Planning be authorized to endorse the legal decuments for their form and content included in Schedule D of this report. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: The legal documentation for the Westview Heights rezoning application have been prepared following Council's guidance. The various documents are now available for Council's final review and approval. For clarity the various documents have been organized in four Schedules as follows: Senedule Main Development Agreement relevant to all Departments. Schedule Non~Standard Documents relevant to Parks and Recreation Department. Right of Way for Access to Skyline Park Right of Way for Right of Passage over Phase 3 RM~-3 Lot.
