Development Variance Permit (No. 4/88)

RECOMMENDATION:

That Council direct the Clerk's Office to notify surrounding
yroperty owners of the application.

And that a resolution be placed on s subsequent Counci|! agenda
to relax the requirements to the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section
808, RM-4 Apartment, Section (6), sideyards from 7.5 metres to

1.8 metres.

COMMENTS:

This development variance permit application is submitted to
bring an existing building into conformance with side yard
requirements of the new zoning desianation, RM-4, being
applied. The building presently complies with the side yard
setback requirements of its present zoning designation, RT-1.
The application is being submitted because of the Zoning

change.
