April 27, 1987 /120 NOW THEREFORE BE iT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Minister of Municipal Affairs of the Province of British Columbia praying on behalf of the City for abandonment of the said portion of Road and lane and road described in Bylaw No. 2256 and the vesting of the title of the land comprising the same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. Moved by Alderman Farnworth seconded by Aiderman Wright That one lot of the proposed subdivision of 3907 Cedar Drive be allowed to have its access from the Hyde Creek Dyke access road subject to a satisfactory restrictive covenant to govern the use of this property.
