Zoning Amendment Bylaw No, 2110, considered at a Zoning Public
Hearing held earlier this evening, [|S avallable for third
reading. |

Council! policy raquires the Clerk to bring the avallablilty of
This bylaw for third reading to the attention of the Counci! at
This tlme. The Counci! may now decide whether It wishes to give
Third reading Immediately or delay It untft! the next meeting so
that any representations made at the Hearing can be fully
considered,

In order to preserve the judictal nature of the procedure by
which Council gives consideration to requests for rezoning It
Is not possible tor further representations from the applicant
or the public to be received now that the Public HearIng has
been adjourned.
