WHEREAS the Owner is the registered owner of the Lands
herein. defined and = has requested the City to grant to her
permission to make the Encroachment herein defined; -

AND WHEREAS the City agrees te’ grant the. Owner's
request subject to the provisions of the City's bylaws as amended
from time to time and subject to the terms and conditions of this

Agreement;

NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES THAT in
consideration of the premises, the covenants herein contained,
and other good and valuable consideration THE PARTIES i.FEBY

AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

lL. The Owner is the registered owner of those certain
lands situate in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

(the "Lands").
2. The Cisy grants to the Owner permission to use that
portion of a higiway in the City which is shown outlined in red

is further described as:
