SUBJECT: Autoplan Fleet Insurance.

RECOMMENDATION:

That we obtain our Autoplan coverage froma local agent on
asis provided the Agent has experience in fleet coverage...

BACKGROUND:

, We have previously used our brokers (Hugh & McKinnon in
Surrey). for all our insurance coverage and they are very familiar with
our requirements, however, the I.C.B.c, coverage is quite standard and’
there is no price differential regardless of where the coverage is
obtained. :

I do have some reservation in changing agents each year
as we may end up with an agent not familiar with our requirements or
with fleet coverage. .
