A By-law to amend the "City of Port foautelan Zoning By-law,
1979, Ko. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corpcration of the City of Port
Coquitlan, in open neecing assembled, enacts as follows:

1. ‘The Zoning Map of “The Corporation of the City of Pore Coquitlaa

Zoning By-lay, 1979, No. 1€51" ds acended by removing the Zone Designation

of A-1 assigned ceo Got. 311 of a Plan of Subdivision in process of Let l,

Plen 12228 and Lot D, Plan 21139, both of District Lot 465, Group One, New
Westzinster Districe prepared by Murray and Associates, British Columbia

Land Surveyors, under File No. 6738 and assigning the Zone Designation of

2. ; 4 copy of the Plan of Subdivision in process referred fo in
Section 1 is attached to this By-law and made a part thereof,

3. The Compreheasive Developzent Plan dated November 12th, 1980
prepared by T.M.A. Architects and showing thereon 4 wultiple family residential
developzent consisting of twenty-two three bedroom units and ten four “bedroon

units and cosprising a site plan, floor plans, elevations, and overall site

landscape concept, and other details and on file in the office of che City Clerk,

is deened to be attached to and to fora part of this By-law.

Lot 1, Plan 1228 and Lot D, Plan 21139, both of District Lot 465, Croup Gne, Kew

Westainster District prepared by Murray and Associates, Brteish Colu=bia Land
Surveyors, under File Ho. 6738 and assigning the Zone Designation of RS-1 to the

2. : A copy of the Plan of Subdivision in process referred to in Section 1

is attached to this By-law and nade a Part thereof.
