Weatminster District shown dedicated on Plan 5551 having an
area of 0.0415 ha shown on a Reference Plan certified by
Robert M. Reena, British Columbia Land Surveyor dated the
8th day of January 1980, a copy of which is attached hereto,
at or for the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for
those certain parcels or tracts of land described in the next Section
hercof.
2. The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized
to purchase of ond from the Registered Owner thereof ALL AND SINGULAR those
certain parcels or tracts of land and premises which may be mora
particularly described as follows:
(a) All those portions of Lota 1 and 4, District Lot 289, Group 1,
New Westminater District, Plan 5551 having an area of 0.0304 ha
shown as Road on a Reference Plan certified by Robert M. Reese,
British Columbia Land Surveyor dated the 8th day of Jansary,
1980, a copy of which da attached herate; and
ALL that portion of Lot 9, Block HW, District Lor 289, Group
1, Hew Weatminster Diatrice, Plan 1763, having an area of
0.0171 ha shown as road en a Reference Pian certiffled by
Robert M. Roose, Britiah Columbia Land Surveyor dated the 8th
day of Janusry 1980, a copy of which is attached haretc.
at or for the price or aun of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for
thore certain parcels or tracts of land deseribed in the preceding Section
heraof.
3. Thoso portions of road and lane shown dedicated in District
Lov 289, Group 1, Naw Woatminacer District deseribed in Section 1 haraof
are horeby closed and atopped up to traffic of nil kinds.
4. The gaid lands to ba so purchased aa aforesaid ahall, when 6d
convesed to the maid City, be catablished ag an addition to the roads in
District Lot 269, Group 1, New Westminoter District.
3. The Mayer and City Clerk of Tho Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam ara hereby authorined to execute such conveyancen, decda, mapa,
receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City aa may be

necessary for the purposes aforonaid and to affix tha Corporate Seal of

the Gity thereto.
