Dance & Anniv.Rec-—

Easter Dance and Anniversary Reception proposed to be held on April eption at Elks Hall!

l6th, 1977 in the Elks Hall, Port Coquitlam, B.C. and he advised that

the private group sponsoring the lottery and dance would not object if ;
the Council saw fit to restrict the sale of the lottery tickets to take
place only at the dance itself.

That the application of Mrs. M. McDaniel, 11239 - 207th Street,
Maple Ridge, B.C. on behalf of the Easter Dance and Anniversary Reception,

to sell approximately 300 tickets at a se ’.ling price of 50 cents each,

be approved subject to the following conditions:

1. That the value of the prize or prizes awarded not be greater
than a total of $90.00;

2. That sale of the tickets be restricted to only take place at the

Elks Hall, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on April 16th, 1977.
