Re: Local Improvements Projects - Inverness Street - Patricia to Lincoln
- Rindall Avenue - Tyner to Mary Hill

You wil] recall earlier this year the Public Works Committee
established a priority list for proposed local improvements projects.
The top.two priorities were storm sewer installation, road reconstruction,
pavement, and curb and boulevard for Inverness between Patricia and
Lincoin and Rindal between Tynar and Mary Hill.

Ve have completed our preliminary design on both these projects
and can report | that both projects are feasible . The details of each pro
nosed project are as Follows:

1. Inverness

Total Cost - $35, one. ($56. per lineal foot)
Residents Pay $12,805
City Pays $22,194
Residents Pay $2,609.90 per year for 710 years '
Average Lot - (67. 15 feet) pays $111.67 per year for 10 years

Length - 750 lineal feet

Total Cost - $44,009 ($58.67 per lineal foot),
Residents Pay $13,524 ;
City Pays $30,476
Residents Pay $2,249. per year for 10 years
Average Lot - (ot feet) pays $106.43 per year for 10 years.
