The Comprehensive Development Plan entitled 'PoCo Place" prepared by John J. McCormack, Architect, and comprising a Site Plan and other details and dated for reference by the City Clerk on February 18th, 1980, and on file in the office of the City Planner, is deemed to be attached to and to form part of this By-law." Rail tracks on Mary Hill By-pass at Kingsway Avenue dated the 12th day of February, 1980, be approved; THAT the tetal amount of tender of $32,831.25 based on unit prices of $259.85 per foot for the supply and installation of carrier pipe and $35.00 per cubic yard for mass concrete be similarly approved; AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the said agreement on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
