A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hali, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port
Coquitlam, BC on Monday, June 13, 1994, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, MJ. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, W.W. Stewart,
R.H. Talbot and M.A. Thompson were in attendance.

Also in attendance were Acting City Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Clerk S. Rauh, City
Engineer 1.R. Zahynacz, Director of Community Planning C.R. Felip, Director of Parks and
Recreation K.J. Taylor, and Director of Building Permits and Inspections J.D. Shardlow.

That a wire be sent to the Vancouver Canucks congratulating the team for its success so far, and
wishing them well in tomorrow nights game.

; His Worship, Mayor L.M. Traboulay gave civic recognition to Mr. Dave Matheson, Principal,
_ Mr. Jacques-Andre Larrivee, and Ms. Sandra Cruickshank, Teachers, and a group of 20 students
from Mary Hill Junior Secondary School regarding their successes and achievements while in.

 Hawthome Care Centre who familiarized himself as the new Administrator for Hawthorne Care,
- Centre, and issued a verbal invitation to Council to view the new addition to the facility. Ee
