COMMENTS:

The only reason that a main larger than the 200mm specified would
be required is to service District property, with this said,
would the District be willing to share in the upsizing costs?

Until the upgrading 15s completed the current restriction on water
supply to the District should remain in place.

I suggest that the Public Works Committee send a letter stating
the City's terms on future servicing to District properties, as
the current design can still be changed if required.
