The proposed Development currently under construction is for 92 townhouses at 2533 Fortresa Drive. The project complies with all requirements of the. Zoning Bylaw; however, the applicanta are requesting a relaxation to permit windowe facing or fronting walls closer than indicated in the Zoning Bylaw under Section 807, Subsection 3 a,b,c. This relaxation will permit the construction of a number of secondary and wrap-around windows, originally in the design, that had to be eliminated to facilitate a Building Permit Engineering Department, Fire Department: No Comments. Building Department: There are no objections to the changes made in Phase One. The revised plans will be reviewed for Building Code compliance at the time of Building Permit application for Phase Two. Parks and Recreation: No comments.
