Freeman, City Clerk/ Deputy Administrator SUBJECT: Property Consolidation - Fire Hall No. 1 Site RESOLUTION: THAT the consolidating subdivision plan of property located at the southwest corner of McAllister Avenue and Maple Drive in District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminater District, included in the Agenda documents for the Council Meeting of January 6th, 1992, prepared by Robert M. Reese, 8.C.L.S., and dated December 17th, 1991, wherein Lot "A" having an area of 0.2937 ha is created and City~owned property in the area ig dedicated as “Lane”, be approved; AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purposes aforesaid, affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto, and make the necessary filings in the Land Title Office. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: A copy of the plan that would be approved by the resolution stated above fol ‘ows. This comes before Council as a step preliminary to rezoning the property to P-l (Public Institutional), the correct zone for its current use as a fire hall. Advantage is also being taken at this time of the opportunity to dedicate at a very slight exira survey cost some small. stripe of land in the area as “lane”.
