RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended: 1. That the Planning Department be instructed to re-activate projects placed on hold pending submission of this report and continue to process development applications in accordance with the criteria and policies in the Official Community Plan. 2. That no growth cap be instituted at this time. 3. That the Planning and Engineering Departments be instructed to proceed with the organization of a Public Workshop to discuss the medium and long term growth strategy and transportation implications. - q —_ a: 0.
