Az Scope of Inspection This was a cursory inspection and the areas accessible at the time of inspection were; the exterior the common corridor of the 2nd floor the exit stairways first floor area Deficiencies in Common Corridors inadequate lighting integrity of corridor fire separation is destroyed by openings handrails are not continuous at the stairs exterior stairs (i) Structurally unsound and extensive rot (ii) “loose guardrails exterior deck and roof over exterior stairs (i) structurally unsound and rotted Plumbing (seen at exterior) several leaks in sanitary piping Sawer vented below window openings Piping is not protected from freezing unsupported piping water pipes leaking Sanitary pipe are vented to the interior First Floor Area The ceiiing membrane has collapsed from water damage.
