Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Wright: That a8 recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of December 13th, 1989 ‘a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be approved to reduce the requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 808 (7) minimum lot depth for Parcel A of Lots 14 and 15 in Block 3, D.L. 379, NWLD Plan 1213 be reduced from 7.5 metres to 7 metres. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: seconded by Alderman Wright: That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of December 13th, 1989 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be relaxing the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 807 sections (6) and (8) front and rear yard setbacks for Lot 1, D.L. 232 NWLD Plan 6358 And That Council approve amendment to the Restrictive Covenant regulating development of this property to reflect the revised drawings. Carried. From the City Clerk, January 3rd, 1390 regarding Development Variance Permit No. 78/89 for Hawthorne Lodge. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Stewart: That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of December 14th, 1990 the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be issued to approve amendment to the Land Use Contract regulating Hawthorne Lodge to permit a six storey elevator shaft to be constructed beside the existing building.
