That the Mary Hill Road closure commencement date be advanced to March 20th, 1989, That the Mary Hill Road closure period be extended from three to four months with the underst2nding that should extenuating circumstances exist at the end of the four month period that further extensions may be granted. From the City Clerk, March 8th, 1989 regarding Latecomer Charge Waiver Agreement ~ Lot B, Northeast 1/4, Section 6, Plan 67706, Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Jim Thorleifson dated the 8th of February 1989, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the said Jim Thorleifson in connection with the development of the lands described as: Lot B, Northeast 1/4, Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District, Plan 67706, are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall constitute “excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the Municipal Act.
