"h THe CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT scorn BYLAW NO. 2330 A Bylaw to amend the Official Commmity Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. : WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure pregram under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them: (bp) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy” tu ensure consistency between them: z {c) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; (d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Varicouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of The Corporation of the City of Port Coguitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Section 4.4.1 (1) of Schedule "A" of the "Official Comommity Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is amended by inserting, after clause (f) the following as clause (h): %(h) Freemont Street” 2. The designation of "Residential 1" shown or: Schedule "B" of the Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162 as applying to: The most northerly 0.4765 hectare (1.177 acres) of East 297 feet of Lot "B", Block 10 Southeast 1/4 of section 6 Township 40 Plan 5345 EXCEPT part subdivided by Plan 25576 New Westminster District is removed and the designation "Apartment 1" is applied. 3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 10, 1987, No. 2330". Read a first time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the majority of all members of the Council this 24th day of December, 1987. Read a second time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the majority of all members of the Council this 24th day of December, 1988.
