The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembied, enacts as fol lows: Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: Parcel A (Reference Plan 1281) Lot 1 District Lot 255 Group One Pian 1111 Execept part subdivided by Plan 59820 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Single Family Residential!) to RS=-JA (Single Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
