A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port boquittam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembied, enacts as fol lows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which

are more particularly described as:

Parcel A (Reference Plan 1281)
Lot 1

District Lot 255

Group One

Pian 1111
Execept part subdivided by Plan 59820

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Single Family Residential!) to RS=-JA (Single Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Byiaw may be cited for. ail purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2223".

Read a first time by the Municipal Counci| this 15th day of December, 1985.

Read a second time by the Municipa! Council this 15th day of December, 1986.

Public Hearing held this 12th day of January, 1987.
