Coquitlam the requirements of the Health Act and regulations made

Seconded by Alderman Laking:

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Ie Lot 3, Block 13-15; District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 1932, New
Westminster District, Port Coquitiam, B.C., be sold by tender if a bid
acceptable to Council is received, '

2. The City Clerk jis hereby instructed and authorized +o publish and
post the !Rea| Property for Sale By Tender" Notice appearing in the
Agenda documents of this Council meeting;

3. The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

4, The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

5. Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the
bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection is

appropriate.
