Development Permit Application

RECOMMENDATION :
It is recommended that Council approve the following:

L. A resolution authorizing the Planning Department to draft
Development Permit 36/90; and

2. A resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign the
Development Permit, subject to:

a) Completion of rezoning application 5/90;

b) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning; and .

c) Submission of a complete landscaping plan and its specifications,
and a submission of the appropriate securities to the satisfaction of the
Parks and Recreation Department.

BACKGROUND: »

This development permit complements rezoning application 5/90 which
received approval in principle on April 19, 1990. .

The applicant has submitted architectural and landscaping drawings that
are generally acceptable, with only some minor revisions to still pending.

COMMENTS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS: |

The Fire, Buildings, Engineering and Parks and Recreation Departments have
indicated, that their comments for rezoning 5/90 are applicable to this
development permit.
