RECOMMENDATION:

That the attached proposal for the Reeve Street area
the Whitecaps Organization.

BACKGROUND _& COMMENTS :

The Parks and Recreation Committee have been working
with Bill Brown to put together the proposal for the
Area. The proposal is very general and does not tie
any specific number of fields, ball diamonds, etc.
