from RS-1 to RT-1.

BACKGROUND: The subject property is located at the
northeast corner of Hastings and Chilcott.
It has lot width of 88 feet and lot size
of 11,400 square feet. It is also more
than 600 feet from another duplex.

This property therefore meets all the zoning
requirements to become a duplex property.

RECOMMENDATION : The Committee recommends that this rezoning
application be advanced to Public Hearing.
