The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port PAR 3 1 1980
Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam Clty Wall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on
Mceoday, March 31st, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed

by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No.
1651":
By-law No. 1746:
"Yo remove the Zone Designation of RS~2 assigned to:
Block "A" of Block 26, District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 17988,

New Westminster District;

and to remove the Zone Designation of A-1 assigned to:

Lot 1, District Lots 255 and 288, Group One, Pian 11613, New
Westminster District.

The property described above is now included as Lots 277 to
292, inclusive, in a plan of subdivision in process prepared
by V.C. Goudal and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors,
under Job No. C-2859-79A and the following Zone Designations
will be assigned to the said Lots 277 to 292 inclusive;

(a) M-l - to Lots 288 to 292, inclusive; and,

(b) M-3: to Lots 277 to 287, inclusive.

This property is located on the south side of Cameron Avenue
between Brown Street and Broadway Street and the rezoning is being
undertaken to facilitate a subdivision of the property into 16

separate lots to be used for various industrial purposes.

A copy of the proposed By-law, the plan of subdivision in process,
and other relevant documents, may be inspected in the Office of the City
Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ~ on working days ~ from March 20th, to

March 31st, 1980.

‘ALL persons who deem their interest in property affected by
the proposed by-laws shall be afforded an apportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
