Port Coquitlam, B.C., has deposited with The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam the sum of $2,000.00, being a deposit on the undernoted lot: Lot 3, Bleck G, District Lot 255, Group 1, Plan 2099 in New Westminster District AND WHEREAS the established price of the said lot is $20,000.00; AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to sell the said lot to the said Schuster Construction Company Limited at the established price; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Lot 3, Block G, District Lot 255, Group 1, Plan 2099 in New Westminster District be sold to Schuster Construction Company Limited, 2615 Mary Hill Road, Port Coquitlam, B.C., at or for the sum of $20,000.00 in accord with the terms of the prospectus dated the 11th day of April, 1979 and filed with the Superintendent of Insurance of the Province of British Columbia, SUBJECT: to payment of the full purchase price of the lot within thirty days of the date of passage of this resolution, and, to Building plans for the lor being subject to design approval by the City's Senior Building Inspector to insure that a variety of housing styles are constructed on the property included in the scheme; AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and Clty Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary conveyance or other necessary documents on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
